I was curious if anyone had ever used pulled BMG bullets in a muzzleloader?

You're talking 670g+ bullets as opposed to 250g bullets.
You can't get enough black powder in the barrel to shove that 686g 50 BMG bullet out.

It wouldn't seal in the bore.  If you could do something to make it seal you PROBABLY couldn't go over 50 grains of powder behind it or the pressure would get really high.  I wouldn't waste good projectiles.  If you just want to launch big things Power Belt makes some hollow points and accutips in the 400 to 500 grain range.

With a sabot and the proper charge, I don't see why you couldn't do it. My Hawken .54 Cal. shoots a 410 grain lead bullet with 90 grains of Pyrodex.

Edited to add;

No F'n way I'd try it though.

Some APIT bullets would make for an interesting blckpowder hunt

That's exactly what I was thinking!  A night hog hunt would be a lot more exciting!

well, .50-70 and .50-90 sometimes use bullets around 650gr.

Recoil would be brutal, and I wouldn't expect any kind of accuracy from it.
