I have heard you can use the mag from the XD .40 S&W in the XD 9mm, and then have a high cap mag, Is this legal?, is'nt the ATF going to have a sh-t fit over this, let alone all of the anti's that help passed the high cap law ?

When I first got a .40 mag, it went in sort of tight, but dropped fine. Now it slides in w/o any issues.
