[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Springfield Armory XD pistols

Planning to buy one soon, don't know which
caliber yet, 9mm/.40 S&W, I heard that either
one of these is possible to interchange mags
with other guns, Glock, Beretta.....ect...
Does anyone know what they are ?
Springfield Armory XD pistol with the Tactical light attached to the lower weaver rail does
anyone know of a holster that will fit the weapon with the light on it ?

Get a 9mm and but buy 40 cal. mags. The 40 mags hold 15 9mm's and work. No conversions to mess with. Just simple.

GLOCK mags will NOT work.

Summary, S&W 59, Sig 226, Beretta mags work.
Night Sights for 226 fit.
Any accesory for GLOCK fits the rails.

Great gun and price will keep going up. Look for it to be a $600.00 - 800.00 within two years.

i believe any Sig 226 accessories fit the XD , such as nite sites
