List: Thieves needed my pre-ban Colt H-bar Model 6601 more than I did. For insurance claims I need to find the replacement cost. I know this cost can vary greatly but is there an average that I could use.

$1300-$1500 in in ex/mint condition

IMO, a pre-ban would be closer to $1400-1600 NIB.
