Am I the only Christian who thinks that praying for "world peace" is basically useless?

"World peace" is dependant upon the freewill of the living who cause war and is therefore impossible.

I don't think it is ever completely useless to pray for peace, but we might get more results praying for God's will in our lives.

I think this post belongs in GD myself, but Yes prayer helps (Read in the Bible) But who knows maybe the act is supposed to happen this way (Against our wishes) for a greater purpose.. Just my opinion..
