[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Engraving question

I looked through all sub forums and this seemed like a good place to ask this question. Is it possible and legal to fill in the SR-25 engraved on a lower and engrave m110 in its place? I'm building an m110 clone and wondered if that may be possible.
