I decided to strip the paint off my Block 1 and had pretty good luck using Goof Off.  I first attempted with Citristrip and wasn't having the best results.  However, under certain light it still appears that the paint has "stained" the anodizing.  Is there anything to remove that, or is that just something I'm going to have to live with?

Goof Off graffiti remover works well.

Soak in acetone and scrub well.
