[ARCHIVED THREAD] - NP3 Coating

I have a Spikes Tactical 10th Year Anniversary, my question pertains to the NP3 Coating on the Lower / Upper Parts - I can tell that the NP3 coating applied to the Lower and Upper Receiver is starting to loose its finish/coating. I reached out to Spikes Tactical for help but because it was a limited run they are not much help.

Is this something that can be re-applied?

That area is common for stuff like that...with the ejection port cover hitting the lower.

I guess you can put Velcro on it like you did to your shell deflector if you really want it looking like a safe queen.

It can be refinished, but nothing lasts forever.

All coatings if used at all will eventually need touch-up / refinishing.
