| Rubber cork at the muzzle and electrical tape around the barrel extension. I also use small round stickers to cover the gas port. If your gas block is tight then just tape off that section. I also tape over the muzzle threads which will keep you from having to find a small rubber cork. 120 AO @ 60-80psi should be fine. The electrical tape is pretty tough if you keep your gun moving. I'll usually rinse with hot water and Simple Green. Blast the water out with air then heat it in my oven until completely dry. After that I will spray it down with Acetone and re-tape before painting. |
