I tried a search but came up with 3 threads that could not answer my question.
I'm looking to get my upper receiver coated in FDE. Anyone know of high quality shops that i can send it to that also have a reasonable turn around time? |

I have some optics and lights at Controlled Chaos right now. Should be back in less than a week.
Having a pair of Aimpoint T1's done in Burnt Bronze, a Surefire M600C Scout Light being done in Burnt Bronze and a pair of Surefire X300 Ultra's in Burnt Bronze. The controls will remain black. The LaRue mounts will be Burnt Bronze except for the lever. The plastic mount of the X300's will be black. The momentary/constant on button of the Scout light will remain black. Also, WMD Guns will do their top coating with any of the Cerakote options for a nominal fee. I have like four guns with them at the moment going through the hoops. AR15 MRP -- Burnt Bronze with all internals/receivers done in Nickel Boron. AR15 9mm -- Burnt Bronze with all internals/receivers done in Nickel Boron. AR15 Noveske Build -- Burnt Bronze with all internals/receivers done in Nickel Boron. Benelli M4 -- Burnt Bronze with all internals/receiver done in Nickel Boron. Glock 36 -- Burnt Bronze Slide and back plate. Slide done in Nickel Boron on the interior. Nickel Boron on the frame rail. |
