I have a mini 14 in an ATI stock all black. Is it possible to do woodland camo using the black as a base. I've always don't lightest color first. Just wanting to know I I could use the black as a base and it still look good?

you would still want to rough it up before appyling anything to it. Which unless you mask it off and then blasrted or sanded it wouldnt be that helpful or time saving. Personally I'd recommend blasting the stock and then just recoating it all.
