| Well the place I normally would of gotten a digital camo duracoating on my firearms is currently not excepting firearms (the owner is out of the country on business for the rest of the year) I need to find a place that can do multicam or a digital woodland (tight patterns nearly the same as acu`s in pattern) on my firearms. I been googling, and I havent found any good companies that do good work. Does anyone on the forum do duracoating that can have firearms shipped to the them (FFL)? If not know of a company that does good work? |

I can do it, or can talk you through doing it yourself if you prefer. It isn't hard to do yourself, and for less than you would pay me you can get everything you need. Often the best work we see is from individuals coating their own rifles, not from the professionals. A lot of even the well known professional coaters to a poor job. Is there no one local who does good work? I know of a place in NY, but I have no idea if they are any good.

Hiding against a tree...
On a hill side...
A couple others with a similar mix of colors...
A little darker as requested by owner...the barrel is actually Duracoat Tactical DE but is picking up the color of the rug.

| Never mind, I just found your thread on the pinestraw technique. Thanks for sharing, and very nice camo job. I am building an SPR soon and was undecided on what camo pattern I wanted, digital, multicam, etc. Seeing your pics made the decision. We have a lot of grassland and that will blend perfectly. Nice work. |

Nice work. Thanks for the kind words. Have you looked at the sponge camo technique? It is pretty good as well. |
