I'm looking into making stencils. I have access to a cutting plotter, and am considering buying a roll of low tack vinyl with a water-based adhesive. Basically it would be perfect to apply stencils and be able to easily remove them. The problem is the roll of vinyl is expensive.

I'm thinking of making an offering to do a first run and get everyone's opinion. My question is, how much would you be willing to pay for an 8.5x11 (approximately) sheet of stencils with either a multi-cam or digital camo type pattern on it? Looking for some input before I drop the hammer on buying the roll. Not doing this to make money, I just don't want to sit there cutting out every little piece with a knife but don't want to spend a ton not to do it for just a few projects.

Let me know what you guys think.

Honestly for and 8.5"x11" piece I would give you $5.00.

This is what I bought for stencils:

Bulldog Arms

Maybe this can give you an idea.

in the  correct pattern I'd go in for more $$

Skulls and such would get you more

If you have access to a cutting plotter, then why don't you just use transfer paper/ application tape? It's urethane and epoxy proof, I've used it many a time back when I was making my living doing airbrushing and kustom painting.
