Here's my first attempt at painting an AR. What do you all think?
The base is four coats of Alumahyde II in Dark Parker Grey. Here it is, ready to assemble after a week to cure. 
I wrapped it in a cut up mesh laundry bag for the additional colors. I'm too impatient to wait a week between coats so I switched to Aerovoe. Marine Corp Green, followed by flat black and foliage green.
