I sprayed my lower receiver about 4 hours ago.  Its dry to handle but I'm a little weary to go ahead and put the LPK back in.  How long should I wait before I go ahead and install it?

I would wait 24 hours..

When I spray items I just put them aside for a couple weeks before doing anything else.  They cure very nice that way.

I was leaning towards the 24 hour rule as well.

I would wait at least 24 hours. Believe duracoat says 3 weeks to fully cure without baking. I've done 2 so far. First on I assembled after 24 hours and took some duracoat off the lower with the charging handle. I also learned to paint everything at once the hard way. I put too much hardner in when I did the handguards later and it's shinier than the lower. Second one I painted all at once and baked it. I also learned that the duracoat magpul colors don't exacltly match the furniture.
