So I'm doing my first Gun Kote project and painting my AR-15. My question is how far I should disassembly my upper and lower? I've removed the rail, barrel, upper, and lower, but should I continue and:
- Remove the ejection door? - Remove takedown pins? - Remove trigger pins? etc... What do you recommend? |

The army recently released a how-to (link to Army PDF file is contained in the website below). It looks pretty good and I'll be doing it once I get my SBR configured the way I want it. See this. |
