I just bought a Bushmaster stripped lower and it's perfect on one side but here are some fins scratches all over the other side.  What can I use to touch it up or paint the whole side and have it match the original finish?  It wouldn't work with a black marker because although they are thin scratches they are very long in some cases.

If it were me, I would wait until you get the upper to go with it, then coat them both with Norrell's moly resin.  That way they will match and you're not trying to match the factory finish.
