(This might be a million dollar product for someone)

Help me come up with some keywords for further googling:

Is there a program that will control the light levels on a smartphone to make it NVG compatible?

On iPhone, you can swipe up and adjust the brightness. I look at it under my nvgs, not through them because its faster and easier and I don't have to refocus the lenses

there exists a multitude of apps that will dim bith android and apple screens to be dark enough to view through nods.

i use one called screen filter or something to tint the screen red and dim it. its almost too dark to view with the naked eyes.
