Apparently there are various frame rate enhancements that can be hacked into on the Lepton core as well as many other interesting improvements!

I told ya there's lots of stuff going on in the background.  I wasn't going to post any of it here cause I didn't want to be involved in disseminating anything that shouldn't be in the wrong hands.  There's a lot more on the software side as well...

FLIR certainly did take steps to thwart the E4 hacks. But slowly.
One would think that the lesson would be a long lasting one.

There's no encryption that can't be 'unencrypted', it just takes time and the faster your processor speed is (and the more processors you have to perform the task), the less time it takes.
