Hello all, just installed my new battery housing on my pvs. I get absolutely no nv when turned on.
When I pull and turn knob to ir position the red indicator light comes on steady. Any ideas why there would be no nv? |

Did you get the tube in properly and down into the locking notch all the way ? Easy to get misalignment when installing the tube. You can't really hook the pigtail up wrong and the most common issue is a improperly installed tube.
Check to make sure you have good batteries and they are in correct. Check tube alignment. If you have a meter you can check for 3 volts at the contacts on the lower housing. Sometimes a lower can be defective. Check all these things first before sending it back. Should be easy to track down. |
