I see them on eBay from time to time. A new one will of course cost you more. Some here may have one for sale but most like to keep old mounts in case they ever need it. If you need it now than NVdepot is your best bet. If you are willing to spend time and search I am sure you can get a deal if that is what you are looking for.

There is a company that is going to release a PVS-4 to ACOG mount adapter.  That way you can use any ACOG mount.  It isn't on the market yet, but I pretty sure you will see it hear when it does get released.

Try looking up A.R.M.S. in West Bridgewater MA and try to obtain  from them or a Dealer. HJ

I had one . I wrenched one of the levers off . ARMS sent me a replacement , which I sold ... There is a picatinny-rail adapter that uses a ratcheting knob . Anybody use one ?
