Some type of Digital Night vision with a IR light. Could be the Yukon Model or Stupidvision maybe.

NOT $3000 dollar night vision.

so.. its just a regular day time scope with an ir illuminator? forgive my stupidity, im just trying educate myself.

wow that makes me wish rats were an issue around home... that's gotta be some place in europe, i've seen stuff like that before and it was usually in the UK.

You can't really see the scope clear enough but it seems to me it would be some type of digital Nv with a video out in front of a Day scope Maybe some type of Camera in night mode. Hard to say but its a cool video. Rat plinkin is always a good time!!

i think thats one of GBsights digital units that goes onto the back of a day scope.they have video output i think. otherwise its a ranger digital unit made into an add on.

if thats the same guy from youtube, its an air gun, and hes in britain. But it may be a different guy.
