Yeah guys which scope would you choose for best accuracy,durability,and overall performance? D-440 or D-740 in a Gen 2 tube???? I know there is like 3 tubes for the D-440 i think where i read they are 2st,2ms,2hp and for the D-740 there 2ms and 2hp Now I want to stay cheap as possible but I know you need to pay for performance. Also I plan on putting Vics new Torche on which ever I get so keep that in kind... Thanks guys!!!! |

well, if I had the money(and Im a working on it  ), the 740,and for just a few hundred more, get a 3rd gen tube in it, to me, the jump between 2nd and 3rd gen is worth the extra money especially when you have a really dark night, and you turn on that 3rd gen unit, you will be so spoiled, you will not want to mess with 2nd gen stuff, ever again,

Can someone please post some pics of D440 or D740 or D760 in regular Gen2? I know it aint like looking at 3rd gen pics but just wanting to get a feel of them before i decide which one to get. I am really looking for Accuracy so target pics would be cool... Thanks |
