Only two choices....

1st, The stock Insight mount that comes with the MUM standard. Wobbles a bit, cannot use with a BUIS and is troublesome to get on and off in a hurry.

2nd, A fairly new MUM mount, that comes off quick and is very sturdy. A few pics below. Hope this helps.

I would bet not as the MUM is not used by the military so there is little interest to make something that will see a VERY limited market. I hope I am wrong.
