Took about 4 hours of trying to submit before it went through finally. Question for you guys, I’ve done many form 1’s but this was my first using EFT for my prints, usually would mail em in, in my “acceptance” email, they included the page to print off to send along with the fingerprint cards. Is that just something they include for every form 1? Hoping I didn’t screw something up

What is the item and what did you use for model? It was a MKE AP5....I selected AP5 from the drop down....but because the gun has MKE stamped before AP5 they said it was a MKE AP5....even though MKE is the manufacturer and i put all that info in. Complete and total bullshit....the 1 item I wanted now goes to the back of the line. |

It should say something like: "The attached fingerprint cards are for the responsible person(s) indicated below. Responsible Person(s) with an indicator of "REC'D" are validated Electronic Fingerprint cards and do not require hard copies." Then make sure "REC'D" does in fact appear next to each responsible person listed. |
| I'm trying to do a form 4 transfer out to another Texas resident and I'm at the "Firearm" section. I used "Find Control number" and got a control number that starts with "2015xxxxx", which seems to be correct since 2015 was when the silencer was transferred to my LLC. But when I try to use "Add Firearm from Control Number" and enter that control number, I get a popup saying "Message: Invalid Applicant Name". The transferor name I entered in the "Corporation or Other Entity Name" field exactly matches my LLC's name on the paper form 4. Any suggestions other than to use "Ask the Expert"? |

Ask the Experts is your best bet. They have been relatively responsive to my Form 20 questions. Lots of goofy things with older Control Numbers. |

My approved Form 1 from October has AP5-SD as the model. No MKE in front of it

My next submission was for a USC, so I put down “HK USC”. Nope, that one is just USC to them, even though, like the other one, the manufacturer name is right before the model. Did you submit a 5320 that still had data in pdf fields as opposed to being printed, wet signed, and scanned? If so, it might have been an automated process that pulled the model number from that field and compared it to the one selected in eForms. I may be in the same boat, since I filled out my 5320 before eForms opened and specified DDM4V7LW for the model in that form, but didn't realize until eForms opened back up that they didn't have the LW version in their list of DD models, and I didn't feel like going down the exception path, so I just selected DDM4V7. Thus, if they really want to be sticklers, they can reject me as well. They haven't yet, but my 5320 was scanned in, so it's going to take a person with eyes on glass to notice the difference and see if they are a big enough dick to throw a flag about it. |

Based on my submissions today, pretty sure almost 115k have been submitted today, based on control numbers. 20263331xx submitted @ 12:35am EST 20264469xx submitted @ 11:15pm EST My guess is CN’s started @ 202633000 or so as I haven’t seen anything lower than that on social media. Of course this is just all my own ramblings. |
