[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Basic Question

I have not done a NFA item in the past couple of years so I am not familiar with the post 41F changes. Just need to confirm what I need to send to the ATF. Seems there was another form I use to send in with the Form 1s I did but I do not see it mentioned anymore.

Doing Individual Form 1

Send to ATF 2 copies of the Form 1, 2 finger print cards, and payment.

Are there any other forms needing to be completed and submitted to the ATF?

I am clear on the CLEO notification part already.

Making sure you saw the sticky.

You may be thinking of the 5320.20 CoC form, which isn't required with the current form, and wasn't required with the one before that, either.

I saw the sticky but I did not see it mention the other form. I do not think it was the 5320.20. I will look to see what form it was when I get home, pretty sure I have blank copies at home. It may have been the payment one but again, will look when I get home.
