| It looks like the ATF will be bringing back forms 1 and 5 back to eforms. I was browsing eForms when I saw the notice. Any insider info on this or anyone read anything about the new version of eforms? It be nice to have form 1 individuals now on eforms and since even trusts require prints now, I don't see why individuals can't use the service. Should help them catch up a little on the backlog they have going on over there. |

The paper form 1's suckkkkk. I feel like its such a petty stamp to begin with just to put a short barrel on, then I have to do all this crap to do it now. When I submitted my MG I was fine with the paperwork, but for a form 1? Come on!!
On the other hand, I do think the ATF does a pretty decent job, everyone hates them, but they can only work so fast, especially this year. They've never messed anything of mine up and if they have questions they usually reach out. They won me over with a few fast tracked things I messed up while approving me on some Saturday and Sunday nights after emailing them days earlier which is pretty cool. It will all come in time IMO |

I would not get too exited. ATF said they would work toward updating eForms the day 41f went into effect last July. We have better chance of Trump rolling back 41f I think than ATF successfully updating the eForms to work with 41f. You could come up with a plan to make eforms work in 15 minutes. 41f will not be rolled back. The thing most complain about is the wait time, which was under 90 days not too long ago. Complaining about the $200 is fine, but most people spend $200 at the range, and on other ridiculous things weekly. People "holding out" on change are wasting their time. If it happens then awesome, but waiting for the NFA to be abolished is ridiculous. $200 to "hold off" on something that can be had, just because you dont want to pay $200 or wait? Doesn't make sense |

Mostly fudds on other websites that probably have no intention of buying a can ever. |
