So me and two friends have been trying to submit an Form 1 efile for suppressors. For the past week or so my buddies can't actually pay hence they can't complete the final step. When they click pay it is just a white box and nothing happens. Today, I tried submitting mine. When I go to upload my trust, nothing happens. When I click add after selecting the .pdf (1.2mb) the box below still says "No data to display". What is up? I can't even get to the "pay" page. Please help. FWIW I have done an efile Form1 on an SBR back in December. One of the buddies I mentioned has 12 stamps and the other has 6, so we kinda know what we are doing.

I don't doubt that you know what you're doing.  Maybe "ask an expert" on the ATF website?

I just got done submitting a Form 1 SBR and it went through without a hitch.  I'm using Google Chrome on a Mac, if that makes a difference.

Tried again. I am clueless. This is what happens after I choose my trust .pdf, then select trust from the dropdown menu, fill in the description, and then click add. Straight back to this screen.

ETA: I'm using Safari but I have used it before and it worked fine.

Try something for me.

Create a blank .doc file
Upload blank .doc file
Upload trust
Delete blank .doc file

It's worked in the past. Not sure you're having the same issue or not.

Yup. It worked!! Thanks!! Why was it doing that? And any idea why my buddies can't pay? I'm gonna try to pay in a few minutes.

Well I was able to pay just fine. Thanks again for the help. My buddy got a lathe yesterday and he said I could use it. Now I just need to go stay busy for a few months.

No idea why that works, or what the problem is. The payment is processed through pay.gov, which is a separate system from eForms, so it's not uncommon for one to work and the other not.

I had to break my 35 page Trust into 6 parts to be able to upload it. Their server has issues with anything over about 3 mb in a file.

You also need to scroll down to the bottom of the payment 'form' to get it to submit correctly.

It's not a very user friendly website.

Thank you to the OP for reporting this issue and to you for reporting a fix.  I just got the same issue and was like WTF??!?!!?! LOL.
