Im preparing to submit a F1 and F4 this week... Long story short this is the first NFA transfer that I have done since becoming a LEO, and I did my prints on my department AFIS machine, which prints our departments ORI on the blue applicant card...
Best I remember when I submitted my last F1's, I ordered the ATF cards (FD-258) and rolled ink with the ATF ORI pre-printed on the card My question is, do I need to make a label with the "WVATF-0800" ORI and stick it over my departments ORI or just leave it alone? From what I'm reading some people are saying that the examiner will stick a label on it and its no big deal, and others are saying to change it to the above ORI... What say the hive? |

Last I saw, it was still WVATF-0800 - did it change?
After a brief web search, WVATF-1100 is the ATF FFL Licensing Center - not the ORI I'd use for fingerprint cards intended for use with NFA making or transfer submissions. Maybe they all go the same place and it doesn't matter? |
