I've searched for the answer and found nothing.
I am filling out my first form 1 using the most up to date form from the ATF website. on question 13 it says: 13. answer questions 13.a through 13.b, and 14 by checking or marking Yes or No or NA in the boxes to the right of the questions. then when you get to the end of questions 13.b it says: * If the answer is NO, do not respond to question 14 and proceed to questions 15 and 16. So do I check N/A for 14 or leave it blank? Thanks. |

individual Leave 14 blank, just like 13b says. The "yes", "no" and "N/A" are just the possible answers if you have to answer. (If you were filing as an entity, the whole back page would be blank, which is why I asked) ETA: and in case you didn't know, those questions were added to the current form so that you don't need to send in a separate 5330.20 anymore |
