I am not new to the community at all. But, I am new to Class 3. I want to be able to start a trust so I can buy a suppressor for my .45 1911, and my 5.56. I am dead set on getting a can, but, I have no clue how to start up a trust, or what the cost will be to do so.

Can you guys point me in the right direction on how to get the ball rolling?

1st place to look is your Hometown Forum. I believe PA as at least a couple of lawyers that would create a trust for a reasonable fee, or you can get a fill-in-the-blank one here for $49.

Thank you. What do I do with a fill-in-the-blank one once I fill it in?

Where do I get it notarized at? Would this be the same place where I transfer car titles and what not? Or do I take it where I would purchase whatever item and give them my money to give to the ATF?

I personally like individual ownership better than a trust.

there is a lawyer who specializes in making corporations for NFA transfers who says that individual ownership is the most bulletproof form of ownership

if the local cops will sign off, I would go that route

I made a trust using quicken willmaker but I don't understand the trust and I don't like dicking around with a legal document that I don't fully understand

my legal advisors when I made my trust were plumbers, accountants, carpenters, fry cooks, etc on the internet

I didn't feel good about the whole effort.
