I am not new to the community at all. But, I am new to Class 3. I want to be able to start a trust so I can buy a suppressor for my .45 1911, and my 5.56. I am dead set on getting a can, but, I have no clue how to start up a trust, or what the cost will be to do so.
Can you guys point me in the right direction on how to get the ball rolling? |
| 1st place to look is your Hometown Forum. I believe PA as at least a couple of lawyers that would create a trust for a reasonable fee, or you can get a fill-in-the-blank one here for $49. |

What do I do with a fill-in-the-blank one once I fill it in? Where do I get it notarized at? Would this be the same place where I transfer car titles and what not? Or do I take it where I would purchase whatever item and give them my money to give to the ATF? |

I personally like individual ownership better than a trust.
there is a lawyer who specializes in making corporations for NFA transfers who says that individual ownership is the most bulletproof form of ownership if the local cops will sign off, I would go that route I made a trust using quicken willmaker but I don't understand the trust and I don't like dicking around with a legal document that I don't fully understand my legal advisors when I made my trust were plumbers, accountants, carpenters, fry cooks, etc on the internet I didn't feel good about the whole effort. |
