I have a gun in NV on a form 1 that I'm trying to sell.  A guy in AZ is interested, but wants me to form 4 to his trust in AZ and then he will pick it up in person in NV.  That doesn't seem right, but I thought I would bring it here to be sure.


Shouldn't it go form 3 to a dealer in AZ then form 4 to him?

It'll transfer to a dealer in AZ on a form 4 ($200 tax), then to him via a form 4 (another $200) after the form 4 from you to the dealer is approved.
