| I filled for an SBR about a year ago with with Revocable Living Trust and it was approved. I've since moved and is planning on building a 9mm SBR. My trust still have my old address on it, but the form 1 will have my current one. Would the different this cause an issue? |
| ...or really, if your trust actually has your address in it, prepare an amendment to remove the address. There's no reason for it to be there. If what it actually has is "I, John Doe, a resident of Somecounty, Somestate, ...", then there's no need to do anything at all. You were a resident of that county/state when you created the trust; there's no need to change that when you move afterward. |
