I used the new form 4 to pay for a suppressor with a CC on 09/19/2015. My CC was compromised (someone tried to use it at a train station in Madrid) on 09/20/2015.
Am I just going to have to wait it out to be denied and resubmit or is there someone I can call to discuss and give new payment info to? |

I mailed mine on a Sat, and it was charged overnight on Tue...in a matter of days. Or, I guess the CC was already cancelled immediately? |

My form 4 was completed and put in the mail on 09/19 and my card was cancelled on 09/20 due to fraud. |
