I just submitted my first eform 1 and i did not include a schedule A attached with my sbr lower on it. I only submitted the notarized trust. Am i screwed or do i just add the schedule A after its approved? EDIT: I just noted that the last paragraph lists $10.00 as property of the trust. So i should be good right? |
