If you submit a form 1 listing your barrel length at 7.5" but decide you want to use a 10'. Is that ok?

Mine was registered as an 11.5", but I have an M4 upper in 14.5" for it as well, I do have two VLTOR uppers, so I might build a 7.5" in .300 and make it a quasi-Honey Badger.
