I was helping a friend with an eForm 1. He had previously started the form and I didn't realize that he used his name instead of his trust as the purchaser. of course I didn't notice until after paying and submitting. I should have caught it, but oh well.
We took the following actions: 1. Submitted a new form correctly filled out and paid for. 2. E-mailed Ted Clutter and Ask The Experts letting them know about the error and asking for the incorrect form to be deleted. Also asked about the refund and if any further action was required. The following day, the incorrect form shows in the rejected folder but there has been no reply to the question about the refund. If the form just sits in the rejected folder, how do we get the refund? |
