I'm doing the invidual route since the Sheriff in my county will sign off for NFA items. Here is my question for those who may know and/or have experience with it. How long is a CLEO signature good for? I would like to send him the Form 1 this week so I can get his signature and get it out of the way. The secretary said it only takes about a week to get the signature. I don't plan on sending all the paperwork/check to ATF until late February/early March. Would the Form 1 with the signature still be valid in March?

I'd suggest you go read the actual form. Instruction 2f specifically.
