well i had my approved form 1's emailed to me a couple weeks ago and one had the dreaded watermark when i printed them out. it was bothering me as they did not look the same.the one without the watermark was a quick fix by TED CLUTTER and the other was from Heather Thompson. well i sent a message through "ask an expert" about 20:30 last night,fast forward to 05:13 this morning and BAM Heather Thompson had e-mailed me my corrected form 1 !!! THAT MY FRIENDS IS SERVICE!!  HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I have the same problem. I have sent a message through ask the experts almost a week ago and still have not gotten a response. Do you have any recommendations? I would call them. Or email Ted Clutter. This ^ I didn't even bother clicking on "Ask the experts". I just emailed Ted Clutter and got my corrected form back the next morning.
