I will be establishing a NFA Trust for a suppressor purchase.

My question is does that Trust allow me to own a full auto weapon?

Not if you live in CT.  I believe the deadline for MGs was Jan 1, 2014

I could be mistaken though.

If said full auto weapon was made before May 19,1986, yes.
Edit:  I do not know each individual states laws though, so you may be SOL.

So the 1994 date has no bearing on this?

I thought no "new" MG's were produced after 1986...correct??

1994 was the Assault Weapon Ban that was allowed to sunset in 2004.  As far as new MG's after '86, they are not transferable to us civilians.

Right...that is correct now that I am remembering.

So the NFA Trust allows me to posses class III weapons? (made prior to 1984

ETA:  Do I need one trust for the suppressor and an additional trust for the class III firearms?  Or will one Trust cover any and all suppressors plus class III firearms that I may purchase.?
