I don't have any...but figured I'd put the topic up for anybody that wanted to keep track. August forms are flowing in, so somebody will have an approval in here some point.
One thing of note...they NFA Branch is now giving out the check cashing date as the Pending date. I confirmed that was a recent change with Mary this morning. |

At first, it seemed to depend on who answered the phone. I think it may be a little more consistent now. The one I have with a 10/17 Pending date has been that way since the first call. Double-checked it today when I called about a different can. Even asked if I could have the later Pending date just to compare, and Mary said they're now using the check cashing date. |

First time I called months ago I was given a received date (8/1) and a pending date (9/1). Second time I called I was only given a pending date and it was 8/1 (what I was told was the "receiving date" the first time. I called today and was told it went pending 9/1 (same as first call, different than second call). Confusing all around. Think it depends who picks up. |

The big issue there is a lot of people that have the dealer pay the $200 and just reimburse them never know when the check/MO is cleared. Using that date would be more consistent. |

And that was back in August (when the checks cleared). I'll see what they say tomorrow or Friday when I have time to call them. But last time I called them it was pretty accurate with pending dates in September and I knew my checks cleared in August. |

She said it takes up to 8 weeks to get to pending status. I called again on 10-2, and was told it went pending on 9-10. |

See so many of you get approved makes me smile! SOON! I have a Saker 5.56 that the check cashed on September 15th. I don't have a clue when to expect it. Seems recently, it's more accurate to go by check cashing date. |

Shop sent the check so no idea when it was cashed. Either way it, could be as early as January or feb and not may like they told me Im pretty much the same as you guys.....but individual as well. Last year (before e-file) individual and trust were taking the same amount of time, so this is pretty annoying that now all of a sudden fingerprints are making them take much longer |
