I have a trust set up for my nfa stuff and have several items under it. I have since moved and about to file another. Same state, different city and county. And to further muddy the water I still own the original house.

Do I need to update the ATF with the new address? And on this form 4 it has the new address, where the old forms have the old address. Is that going to cause problems?

You need to fill out the Form 4 with your current address. Doesn't matter if it matches previous forms or not.

Yes figured that would bee the case. Would it cause them any issues?

Also what about the old items registered at the old address? Do they need notified of the change?

No issues.

In-state moves don't require any notification. You can send in a 5320.20 if you want to.
