I submitted 6 form 4s awhile back that went pending in April and all approved last month on the 26th.  Only 4 of the 6 were received or mailed out.  I called the ATF and they told me if nothing else shows up within 60 days of approval to have my dealer call for a duplicate.  I always thought it was 30 days.  Any input would be appreciated :)

It's 30 days. They just over estimating. Hahahah jk maybe they did change the policy. Who knows. Honestly the new owner can request the approved form.

This issue came up a while back when the buyer refused to transfer the NFA item even tho the form 4 was approved so a lot of users suggested waiting 30 days and request copy of approved form and call police informing that your NFA is in possession of unregistered person.

It is 30 days.  Ask your dealer to request certified copies of the missing forms...

Doesn't ATF usually send all forms at once in the same envelop once they're approved? I don't why they wouldn't...

Not in my experience.

Also I am currently waiting on two forms that were approved on the 20th.

First, I'm assuming you mean the transferor, not the buyer.
Second, that is a good way to piss off the transferor and have them cancel the transaction altogether. An approved form does not complete the transfer. The item must be physically transferred as well. It's right on the form 4 itself:

"5. Cancellation of Approved Application. The transferor may cancel an approved
application only if the physical transfer of the firearm has not been completed. The
transferor must return the approved application with the tax stamp affixed with a
written request for cancellation, citing the need and that the physical transfer of the
firearm did not take place. The NFA Branch will arrange for a refund of the tax
paid."

Therefore, even though the transfer form was approved, there is no possession by an unregistered person if the physical transfer never took place.
