Is anyone familiar with these? I would like a red stamp and thought I'd look for something a bit different. How would an 07/02 fill out the Form 2? I don't want a Form 1 since I'd like the $5 stamp.

What do you mean by "How would an 07/02 fill out the Form 2?" - like any other NFA firearm they register on F2, but listing this particular item as an AOW in the "Type of Firearm" block in section 8a, any other pertinent description of the type of AOW in 8b, along with caliber in 8c, model if any in 8d, barrel length in 8e, oal in 8f and serial in 8g.  See the instructions on the back of F2 for information on what goes in 8b (instruction 3e).

How the 07/02 fills out a form 2 doesn't matter. What YOU want is the Form 4 to state AOW.

It was just a matter of curiosity. In the caliber/gauge section would they put both or just one? Can the barrels be different lengths? I haven't seen many and I thought I'd ask.

Combo Guns: Weapons with combination shotgun and rifle barrels 12 inches or more, less than 18 inches in length, from which only a single discharge can be made from either barrel without manual reloading.

I have two of those combo guns that were Form 2'ed.  I have a 410/22LR and a 7.62/12ga.  They are cool.  People love them, but not super useful.
