I think we will be lucky to see a Form 4 system operational by Summer 2015.
I can admit defeat. I was holding on for a month to file an eform 4. But when my next form 3 clears, I'll be sending in paper. Strangely enough, this could be good news for 41P: Why would they develop a new system to file electronically for trusts/corps if they were going to make it obsolete with a policy change requiring documentation that couldn't be used by that same system. But, making sense isn't what the gov does best. Anyway, any news is good. Thanks for the post. |
