So on Tuesday I efilled a form 1 on a mp5 clone and I have just now realized that when I put the overall length of the gun I entered the length of the gun with the stock collapsed. So what should I do let it ride or cancle it and do it over again.  If I have to cancle it how do I go about that.

If it were me, I'd let it ride.

Interested to hear the other responses from people more knowledgeable than I.

Look for a short fixed stock alternative to initially build it with to the same form 1 approved length. Take a few pics for sentimental reasons and then purchase a second stock like many other mp5 owners do.

You could even make your own homemade stock to meet the form 1 initial specs (after form 1 approval of course) to save money if this awesome stubby mp5 stock you have been dreaming of having someday isn't all you thought its cracked up to be.

Remember the form 1 is how the sbr is initially 'made', so initially make it that way and then decide how well that works for you. :) stocks on a mp5 are easily changed.

You can upload another letter stating additional length due to a different stock...it's what I did for all 3 of my lowers because I did an overall length of 19.5 inches by mistake.
