I had 2 Form 4's approved on 6/13. They went pending 12/9. However my most recent Form 1, which went pending a month earlier (11/15), is still pending. 
Any ideas? Should I be concerned? Thanks! |

When looking at Pending dates vs Approvals, I had
11/9 F1 approved 4/22 11/4 F1 approved 5/9 11/27 had error letter received 6/12 (two Form 4s with same issue...assume that would've been approval date if no correction needed) So...I wouldn't worry about it too much, but you could just call to confirm. If they say approved, after 30 days you can request a certified copy. ETA: the first two were even the same examiner, so ~3 weeks difference even when you'd think they'd be in order. |
