Reason for disapproval - system issue causing receipt in the record
anyone have any clue what that means? |

Im sorry. Well it seems that when you file and eform and select the caliber as .300AAC it creates an unfixable error in the system and will not allow them to process the form. I contacted them and they instructed me to resubmit it with the caliber as simply "300". After I resubmitted and contacted them I had the form approved in about 30 minutes.
As far as delays go, this experience was very enjoyable. The guys that I spoke with were extremely accommodating and helpful and extremely quick in rectifying the issue for me. |

I had a similar experience this week. Mine came back disapproved last month for the word TRUST missing. I refiled when eforms came back up, and followed up with an email to them and a PDF of the disapproved form showing that I had done it properly, and wanted to make sure this one didn't get burned too. They had me call, and he approved the 2 I filed while I was on the phone. |
Then I'm sure this form just frustrates some of you:
Paper form approved 5/9/14 with 300 Blackout. That examiner also approved that form and another paper form using my trust "as is"...and then I had five EForms that would've been disapproved (the first two were and I had them reversed) without an Amendment I uploaded before they were handled. The next two paper forms got an error letter sent, and I had to send them the Amendment. Zero consistency. |
