So my SOT transferred 2 cans to me, and I just called the ATF to check on the status for the first time after 8+ months. My first can was approved 5/16, so I should be getting it soon. My second one yesterday, 5/20, they sent a letter to my SOT that there was an error on the app. Something about the serial number of the can being different than what's in their system. So my SOT should be getting the letter later this week...
My question is how long of a delay will this add? Once the SOT sends in the correction am I looking at another 8 months? Or does the ATF expedite it since it's a correction? |
