Paperwork is in for my SBR. Question is this:
Can I have to SBR upper? In other words, One complete lower (registered with stamp of course), and two complete uppers? |
| The whole rifle is the registered SBR, manufactured to the specifications you indicated on your application. The lower is the serialized part. My understanding is changing the upper, resulting in a SBR with an alternative configuration, is acceptable if it's a temporary change. |
